If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Fragilecosmetics.com you may return any item (excluding all travel size products), within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable.

Any products not purchased at Fragilecosmetics.com should be returned to original point of purchase. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment used for purchase. 

To return an item, please email info@fragilecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address.  With retrieval of return address please repack the item in its original packaging if possible and ship via insured carrier.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.

Fragile Cosmetics is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.
